1. Who are we?
DOK data B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.
2. What data do we process?
We process the following personal data of users of our tools (Ongevalrisico.nl / dqflows.com / hastigtools.com):
- First name and last name
- Business email address
We do not process special categories of personal data. The other data we use concerns public data regarding, among other things, infrastructure and traffic data, and cannot be traced back to natural persons. If, at the request of a client, data containing personal information is processed in our tools, we always draw up a data processing agreement with the relevant privacy officer of the commissioning entity.
3. Why do we process this data?
We process your data exclusively for creating and managing your user account and granting access to the platform. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 sub b GDPR). We may also use your email address to send newsletters regarding developments concerning our tools. We only do this if you have given explicit consent for this when creating an account.
4. How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We apply the following retention periods:

Anonymized or aggregated usage statistics, in which no identifiable personal data are present, may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
5. Cookies
We use technical, functional, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device when you first visit the platform. We use cookies exclusively for the technical operation of the platform, remembering your preferences, and analyzing usage to improve our services.
We do not place tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies via your browser settings; please note that this may affect the functioning of the platform.
6. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze visitor behavior on our platform. To this end, we have a processor agreement with Google. We have taken the following privacy measures:
- IP addresses are anonymized before processing;
- Data is not shared with Google for its own purposes;
- There is no connection to other Google services.
The data is used exclusively to improve the platform and understand usage patterns.
7. Do we share your data with third parties?
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for the provision of services or legally required. Where applicable, we enter into data processing agreements with parties that process data on our behalf.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. In the event of a data breach, we act in accordance with our incident response policy and the statutory reporting obligation to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, and deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to restriction of processing and the right to object. You can submit your request via support@dokdata.nl. We will respond within four weeks.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
10. Changes
